*Terms and Conditions* for the Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass. Once purchased the Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass can be used a total of 4 times before it becomes invalid. Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Passes are non-transferable and must be used by the same person. The Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass can only be used for one person for 4 different escape room events. It cannot be used more than once for the same event. Using multiple Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Passes for the same event is permitted only if each member has their own pass.

When booking your event you must present your Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass and a photo ID upon arrival. Otherwise you will be charged for full price admission.

When purchasing a Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass you will receive a physical Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass upon your first visit. Please notify us if the card is lost or stolen so we can provide a replacement and prevent fraudulent usage. Report lost or stolen cards to info@puzzletheory.co or 860-925-6800

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The Puzzle Theory VIP Escape Room Pass once purchased cannot be refunded. When booking an event using the pass our standard cancellation policy remains in effect for the event. Please see below for a copy of our cancellation policy.

"This is a live event game, and once the booking is confirmed, we can not give any refunds. We will accept cancellations if given at least a 24 hour notice and we will reschedule your event."
